Except, why would a Bretonian corporation risk the legal consequences of such a matter? If they really wanted to move the cargo, they'd go around through Bretonia. More profit is good, but Rheinland wouldn't levy any fines for both breaking the embargo and possibly export taxes?

But, yes, both sides should do like Rheinland is now - welcoming anyone shipping INTO their nation.
