I cant say im fond off having yet another Outcast group.

Especially when only the first four ranks (out of eight) are made to use fighters.

I personaly think your better off joining other allready established groups.

I mean from rank 4 and up you can use cruisers, 5 and up battleships...

This all sound to me like a begining to a Cap faction.

Sure you say you are to help new players but thats not enough.

Nothing new to add, no story, and that doesnt make this even better,

And I dont have any recomendation to make it better either. There are just to many groups allready in the outcasts.

So save your cash and join an allready existing group.


And to remark on the existing ships.
