Zoner limitation questions

I combed through a dozen pages of topics to see if this was posted already, if it was i do apologize!

Anyways the current zoner ID says you cannot fly bigger than gunboats or have a ship with more than 3800 cargo.

I wont argue or agree to this i really dont care about that restrictions per say but ... what confuses me is the ship line up for zoners.

First off you have a cap ship, a cap ship no faction should ever have but zoners, and a cap ship which zoners are not legally allowed to pilot due to server restrictions.

Second off you have a zoner whale, again a ship no other faction should ever have but zoners, too bad it has 5000 cargo space which is about 1200 more than what a zoner can carry.

Again I am not disputing weather or not zoners should have caps and bigger cargo space, but at the very least balance the ships to the rules, if we cant have caps then remove it or make it so zoner guards can have them.

If zoners cant have more than 3800 then lower the price of the zoner whale and make it 3800 instead of 5000.

Well that is my 2 cents on the matter, again if this was discussed prior i apologize.
