I don't care about your treaty, you can be allies to whoever you wish. What I care about is you turning our main home into a war zone.

Now, how's this for a deal? Change your "treaty" and allow Kusari into Tau 44 instead of Tau 23, and in return, I shall have you added to Edict 23.
