Based on those last two commets - now you know why I mentioned it in the first place. The minor detail that I was in my guard system - and he was 'trespassing' as far as I could tell - to me, when the person didn't respond back in system chat, then I'd be killing them.

I'd damn well make sure that I made screenshots of what was said and when - especially next time I run into someone that appears to be AFK...
