Yeah, just dont leave Gallia yet, hopefully this will be lifted when the final version comes out, Gallia was never intended to have a strong internal economy in this version because at least half of it has not been released in this version.

Also after doing some research there are profitable in RP routes for council players in Gallia, they arent great but they are profitable.

For instance Copper from Quillian to Reims station makes $585 per unit.
