Not if you can fast enough to escape. Now, you should definitely be red to GRN and GRP, but using the tradelanes isn't verboten for Sirius smugglers, so it shouldn't be for smugglers in Gallia, either.

Yes and No. I really dont think it is in in RP for smugglers that are members of unlawful factions in Sirius to use tradelanes. In RP that is a good way to get caught and blown up, because it reveals your position to the lawfuls in power. In Gallia everyone who is a member of a Sirrian faction (other than junkers if they are good at faking a french accent;)) is an unlawful. If a Sirrian popped out of a tradelane anywhere in royal controlled space, in RP bombers, gunboats, cruisers, whatever would intercept and capture them and blows dem up.
