Rheinland Finally start attacks Liberty?

I thought there was a planned event between RM and LN to start the war....

Not a near-random sending of solo ships to battle various hostiles.

You know, I was thinking that, too. But I know we also noticed a couple of indie RM fighters in Texas yesterday, too. Did we miss that event or something perhaps?
