Criminal History:
Eva first entered the RFP radar in 808 A.S. when she was taken into custody and subsequently released related to a Bundschuh-supporting demonstration on Planet New Berlin. She was said to be involved after that but was never charged. She entered the RM in 810 and had a nearly spotless record, with the only incident being related to an explosion that was later ruled an accidental caused by another technician. Some questions on the matter remained.

In 814 she resigned and records indicate she worked for OSC on Baden Baden. Again, her record for this time period is clean. In early 815 she was transferred to work aboard the Hawaii, but after just three months was again transferred to the Shetland, in the Edinburgh System of Bretonia. She worked as an escort pilot, and here is where things start to turn. In late 815 and twice in 816 she was investigated by the BPA on charges of aiding and abetting terrorist activity through negligence. No formal charges were filed, but she was transferred out of Bretonia to the Cortez System as a security precaution.

In mid 816, both the Bretonian Police Authority and the Liberty Police issued a warrant for her arrest (due to her location in the independent worlds). Eva was charged with assault and battery after she severely injured a Synth Foods executive during an altercation supposedly related to a discussion of the Planet Stuttgart. Synth Foods has also filed a lawsuit, which is still pending, in Bretonia related to these events.

Beginning in late 816, she was seen operating in Rheinland along with the Landwirtrechtbewegung. This has continued through the present.

Known Associates:
Eva has worked outright for the LWB since 816, by most estimates, though one unconfirmed source said she had been secretly working with them since her first arrest in 808.

Karl Kuerbis - A former chef from Planet Stuttgart. He has been reported as copiloting a bomber on several occasions with Eva.

Wesley Richter - One of Rheinland's most wanted criminals, Eva has been seen working alongside Richter on many occasions, even going as far as referring to him as the "Hero of Stuttgart".

Udo Ackermann - Ackermann has been noted to speak of Eva Morgenrot on many occasions, indicating there might be more than meets the eye. An LWB member and frequent visitor to Vierlande.

Johann Steinlaufer - Appears to be Eva's commanding officer of sorts. A known pirate and terrorist, but he has not been seen lately.

"Wenzel" - Not much is known about this mysterious figure, but one anonymous source fingers him as the possible leader of the LWB.

Thea Bauer - A known Bundschuh operative and former roommate of Eva at New Berlin University.

Josef Bauer - Drifter who appears to have been associated with the LWB before being captured by Das Wilde. Further infestation probabilty is low.

Konstantin Preus - Another known Bundschuh operative who has been seen working with Eva on multiple occasions.

Lorette Serilda - Often seem accompanying Eva and known to fly a Unioner-built ship.

Helmut Pajo - Another LWB member with a number of warrants still standing.

All known associaties should be approached with caution if spotted and brought back to Vierlande for further questioning.
