Server hosting

i have a dedicated internet server that i could easy put freelancer on i use it for serving ftp's and stuff but i would need a aproxmite downloads a month coz the second i hit 10 gig in uploads my connection gets cut to 56k..

Is it a Windows server? If yes, than it's possible. And specify what CPU/RAM the server has.

Freelancer doesn't require much traffic, last month I had less than 200 Mb per week traffic. With many people online it will be more, but I doubt if our server traffic could exceed 2 Gb/month.

Edit: looked it up. It was even less than 150 Mb/week in October when we had lots of people online, so most probably total traffic will be less than 1 Gb/month.
