Actually, a Gateway station in Manchester is a good idea, I think. Maybe a stopping point for shipments between New London, Freeport 4 and California?

However, they probably stop at the border stations, run by the cops, and Sheffield too. It would probably need something particular, like ship-service facilities (put in a ship selling point with small freighters, such as the Clydesdale, the transport and the like).
