New member information has been Updated. There has also been some changes in allotment point rewards as well.

All ranks of probationary member have been re-balanced. All new members can now expect to spend 10 hours of in game time before earning their allotment point requirements to be proper members.

Greenhorns need only to earn enough allotment points to cover the cost of the union providing their starting equipment. Starting as a greenhorm is probably the easiest way into the union.

Bruisers are for players with combat experience. The requirements for a bruiser are nearly double that of the greenhorn, but unlike greenhorns bruisers may operate bombers and earn a bonus for raiding.

The last group called Herders have a massive allotment requirement. Unlike the Greenhorns and Bruisers, the Herders are primarily traders and are allowed to donate money towards allotment points. This massive gap is because a herder can earn more credits in 10 hours than Greenhorns and bruisers can collect pirates and raid transports.

Liners within the Slavers Union are treated like flag ships, as such they come with an extra cost. A Herder starting with a liner can expect to pay 95,000 allotment points (Herder cost + liner Cost) before gaining proper membership.

Bruiser's may not start with gunships. All gunship class vessels must be purchased after the bruiser has become a raider.
