From Holmfirth, it's not too far to the Leeds hole and then the Magellan hole, so I think some Magellan activity is close. A base on the right though, hmmm, that'd be kind of neat actually...

Personally I would like to see Gaians as neither friend nor foe to either Corsair or Outcast - neutral to both.
I'd prefer unfriendly to each if anything. There's been too much unfriendliness between the Gaians and Outcasts to get to neutral. Plus the OC are allowed to waltz through and alter people's genetics (which can be seen as parallel to terraforming, in my opinion).
