Greetings Lane Hacker Personnel Department. I am Nathan Skeen. Not a long time ago, I was a naive corporate lapdog for Ageira technologies. I was all fine and dandy, happy in my job, when I started noticing strange goings on around the company. Data clerks were dropping off the map, as were some senior research technicians. I started some inquiries into their disappearances, but higher-higher noticed what I was doing, and decided to try and make me gone as well. I was on Planet Manhattan at the time, away on business, when someone knocked on my hotel door. I went to answer it. I was greeted by two men with needle rifles. Luckily for me, I had always clocked time on the range, and made it an issue to keep a hand blaster with me at all times, in a shoulder holster. These men were slow, so I managed to draw my weapon and fire twice, killing both. I figured that it was time to go, away from the company that I thought had my best interests in mind. I ran to the landing pad, and took off in my standard issue Starflier. I managed to get to a Junker base, Rochester. I took off from Rochester after getting a better sheild, when suddenly, Xenos attacked! They were untrained yokels, so I had no problem dispatching them. Some Rogues had noticed my flying, and asked if I wanted to join the Rogues, but I respectfully declined. I had a better idea in mind. The Lane Hackers. I managed to get a Dagger from Buffalo, before I set out for Magellan, where a Lane Hacker base was said to be. I did some scouting and managed to find a patrol of Daggers. I asked them to help me make Ageira pay, and they obliged by providing me with the location of Mactan.
