I can't think of any gunboat-owning faction that did not get fighters first. The Corsairs, the Outcasts (who, I add, only got theirs this version), the Rogues/Mollys, the Hessians... For the Gaians to get a gunboat without any fighters or bombers just seems to be jumping the gun a bit here, no pun intended.

And again, this is why I suggested also giving the Farmers a GB. Evens things out, yes? The FA Bomber infocard mentions the Farmers selling some Bombers to the Gaians; the GBs aren't that much of a logical leap...
