Gunboat thoughts...

And why would a relatively small factions like the GC and FA get a gun boat and the Hogosha not get one? It was my understanding that the smaller "pirate" factions wouldn't get gunboats and they were even removed from our ID's to keep it that way. The only way we can get one as FA or Hogosha is with the guard ID.

To be honest I don't see how the GC got the resources to make a battleship fully operational (I get some of the systems, but fully?) never mind building gunboats. They are a major extremist faction in Kusari that is has no real friends, not even the Blood Dragons care for them much.
