Curious about Special RP requests

Uh hum, to cut to the chase, Admins are likely far busier than ten of me put together, and so I guess special RP requests are a complete no go. Just wondering if anyone has a clue how long this is for... becaaaaauuuusseee....

I kinda have to move forward with my character's RP and well its a gunship and the pilot quietly struck a deal with officers in Hamburg to help do some intel on Liberty. And well basically, I'm putting Firekiss Turrets on a gunship. I mean hell its obviously not a PvP whoring move, (these turrets are 600m/s, 600 range, 1000 damage)... but it obviously isn't your regular thing. I'm just curious as to when we can make again basic requests, or if people think I will be able to pull this one off by simply posting my RP story and info....
