option to start in a non liberty house on server

I am tired of the system now where you are forced to start in penn on the server!
There need to be options to start in any system on the server.

Advantages

• It will make characters easier to set up
  
• It would dissipate the Liberty Blob
  
• It would NOT affect your standings to someone cant just choose to start in Iota and undock and be hunky dory
  

Disadvantages

• Idiots resetting to Iota or Kappa and getting pissed on the forums when they die when they undock
  

How to accomplish this:

We need either a program or an FLHook script that allows you to say /newchar SYSTEM.

/newchar SYSTEM would put the char it is used on in a starflier with the default start with 5k credits or wutever we start with. So there would be no advantage to spamming this command for more $$$ or a better ship. /newchar would be like hitting the reset button on the char it is used on.

Obviously /newchar will ask if you are sure you want to do this.

EDIT 1: So it takes the default new char and puts it in the system of your choice. No cash bonus, no rep fixes. Just you and ur starflia
