If your ID, Tag, and gunboat origin (Liberty or criminal gunboat, for example) are not hostile with Rheinland, then you shouldn't have a problem. You should ideally contact players in the Rheinland Military or the Rheinland Police about this also.

If this is supposed to be a secret agreement about spying (and it would have to be since Liberty officers are going to be suspicious about anyone with Rheinland equipment), then mounting Rheinland turrets is counterproductive anyway.

If you want to quietly gather intel in Liberty for Rheinland without being noticed, flying around Liberty with Rheinland tech on board is a strange way to do it.
