The Rheinland needs an answer, and needs pilots really. We won't be part of a larger faction, we have a ZOI, a task at hand, and all of that within a very reasonable RP.

I don't think creating a new faction is the answer to the problem you speak of. It will only divide Rhienlands' forces. Unity, however, is a much better solution.
