How about making an interdictor gun that works more or less like CD.

But with modifications (if they could be implemented).

- Can you make it affect the all the ships in the area?
- Can you make the "gun" slowly drain energy?

Or maybe an interdictor mine that has 2k blast radius and being like a CD.

Or make scanner range limiting weapons?

Or make radiation weapons (I'm sure this one at least have been put forward)?

Flying under radar.
