I mean a bunch of fighters can destroy even cruisers and battlecruisers.
Its good for teamwork to fly them and also you are much safer cause you are harder to hit than in a cap.
I have a Osiris as my only cap (was a long way to get it) and I really dont think that all players that have a cap are lolwuuters or that the caps should be under faction restriction.
I agree that we have to do something that we dont get to a capwhore faction (like BHG sorry but its true) but controling is the wrong way (rules are good but cant solve every problem) so we should try to show the others that caps arent the best things and should do more fighter/bomber events. For example BHG vs order event (ok we had never much caps there) I will go on my order fighter/bomber as much other people too. Caps just die to fast against a great number of enemys but agile fighters and bombers have a greater chance to stay alive.
If we would do this everytime (when enough members are online) then we could prevent capspamm cause they would relise that fighting caps with caps isnt the best way.
The RHA as example I have never fight a single RHA cruiser only fighters/bombers and they pwn. They can kill nearly everything and dont need cap support.
If we show the indys teamwork and show them that fighters/bombers can be much better than a cap I think then they would change there caps to fighters and bombers freely.
