I'd think invent some type of mad character like Melzar - He was mad but in his notes he wrote about the "Cabbage of Jas" which was the Stone of Jas and something that he would use to blink and destroy half the world.

Some type of Mad but mysteriously all-knowing and all-seeing character.

You could even make him like the Chaos Elemental in his letters... Your pshycotic and sometimes spew garbage or cryptic messages your very wise and what not...

Your basically like a walking God that rambles around do whatever he wants and spews garbage.
