Even if that were not the case, I seriously feel that the RM needs to review its modus operandi...
I totally agree with the zero-tolerance policy, since people just fly stuff in and dock before you can do anything...but there needs to be some changes...

But my message to you is, be rational in your approach. If the guy moves around, you can still scan him...If he is attacked, help him, no matter how insignificant it is, because it might actually be nerve wrecking for someone else...
