I would say like five to ten people:

Quote: ◘1 Captain - (that commands the crew for maximum efficiency)
1 Pilot - (that controls the vessel's movements)
2 Gunners - (one for primary guns like forward gun, battle razors and other "special" guns and one for small turrets)
1 Navigator - (that sets waypoints and locations on navmap)
1 Engineer - (that fixes the internal problems of the vessel)
1 Transmissioner - (that takes care of transmissions and communications)

That is my list.I hope it will help you.
