The events that occured with my trader: HNS_Leopardclaw...
I was trading in a large train from New Berlin to Honshu. VIPs for Prisoners. I had just jumped into New Berlin from Sig 13 and [RM] Plunderer was waiting for me. hailed me .... said to stop and be scanned. I stopped. and waited... and waited... and waited... he didnt say anything. Then an NPC pirate started coming in to attack me. Still nothing from him. I started shooting the pirate. Then he typed in that he wanted 2 mill from me for not stopping earlier... by that time I had started moving again because the pirate presence was multiplying and he wasnt helping me. Then he opened up on me! So I hit the cruise. He ordered me to stop, I told him I would not because he was nothing more than a pirate. He chased me around NB. I whipped around the sun and jumped back to Sig 13. He said "congratulations, you now have a 6 million credit penalty."
