As a corsair you will experience more hostility from players than in most other Factions.
This also attracts players who simply want to destroy you.
The best way to solve your problem is following tyro's advice or to report very rude players with a screenshot.
If you want to do your missions in peace without interferences you better not stay for long in battlefield systems like Omicron Delta with a BH and a Corsair base in it.
Thanks Leadcrows. Which faction(s) do you believe have the least hostility towards them? I'd like to know people's take on that.
