so - yes, hackers "can" mount and use infernos and cheeta thrusters.......... but one might also consider those two items to be quite jealously guarded by the outcasts.

and thats the problem.... when we thought out the ID cards, we thought that "everyone would know that they re not flying a nasty looking AI ship that is shaped like a space monster" - and we thought its self explanatory that such ships are not just used as faction ships by human factions..
