More, if they make a poor RP, even no RP at all, I think the point saying you can't force others to RP doesn't take a place since the guy is not RPing at all?
That's just my point of view but maybe I'm wrong.
This notice, though there's some room for interpretation, basically means there's not a damn thing we can do to enforce special diplomatic arrangements, proper use of capital ships, or anything else at all.
