Wrong mister patterson (and not for the first time I might add) The reason this rule was made was because the old Bs| did something a wee bit daft and abused their ability to police said Juggernaut by attempting to force anti-cannon diplomacy on the Juggernaut. Had they been policing the use of their own ship that wouldn't have been an issue and we most likely wouldn't be in the situation we are now.
But Arthur is right, as much as we want to do it we cannot, so please stop asking us to.
Unfortunately it doesn't fit Rogue RP to be creating a raft of rules to police the indies, we're not supposed to be that organised.
However something does need to be done, they are ruining folks fun despite being within the rules.
