No. Make do with the Praetorian. You're supposed to be proud of your ships.
Plus, it seems you're the pvp-whoring metagamer here, not the Bounty Hunters. You're the one complaining how the heavy Praetorian, the pride of Corsair engineering, is "crap" because you've seen the OOC stats of the roc and bounty hunter bomber.
