' Wrote:Registrations do allow you to know who flies what, yep. That's good, as it increases communication between the factions and the indies, which allows more team work to occur. I agree with you there.
Thank you for that.

As I said, the problem is with those, and this time I say it about all ships, not just capital ones, though those have the ability to make the most trouble, that don't break the rules per say, but skim on the level of barely acceptable and break everyone's immersion despite that, with various acts.
' Wrote:Edit: this is a conflict between "big ships and small ships", because this is a topic about capital ships. Pvp whores can be in any type of ship they want, yet the only ones singled out here are capital ships.
Yeah it's true what you say, and I never considered the problem to be just with capital ships. But the fact stands that the capital ships can make the most trouble and ruckus, while smaller ones can be dealt with easily.
And people, don't get me wrong, I hate removal of various liberties around, but I really can't see how various things that are talked about can damage yourselves.

Sure some Dessi camping WP might be a clear case but there are many opportunetys that are in some sort of "gray zone".
This might lead to injustice as some one might rp well but some other guy just dislikes it or did not get to see the big picture, so he claims its poor rp and of goes the ffa.
I have some experiances on other rp communetys, and one thing i learned is, that you cant beat poor rp with rules, it does not work.
A valid point, and a flaw in what's being talked about.
That's why there are admins to decide on what is considered what. Though perhaps swamping them with tons of reports doesn't work either.
And it's not really that much about quality of RP. I mean, to some degree, yes, but that's just the thing I've mentioned in all my posts in the thread so far.
It doesn't matter to me how good you RP, if that's indeed what you're trying to do.
And yes, I know, rules are not the magical solution to everything. I don't really know what to say, though, perhaps Seth Karlo's right.
