Well that's only every 40 days... If you are concerned about it you are the one who has to send the account info to someone else (using Fam) and then that person can log into your characters so they say active. The server does not keep the key that is needed to access your account so the admins can not do this, nor would they I think as they are not babysitters. Backing up an account to be restored later would probably be just as difficult as restoring it later I would think, so this probably means they wont do it.
