Wouldn't be any better, for the US people, this would be while they were still at school/work, it would probably work out a bit worse. Sunday 21:00 would probably be the best, that or we get rid of daytime savings.
That time would suck for the european folks again. That's 11pm on a sunday here for me personaly. How about somewhere miday on a saturday?
