you might want to post more about the faction goals and history. it is shorter then it should be.
also. you might want to make more of the information you have put here, part of the RP part of this. it would be easy to make large parts of it RP.

Could you be specific about which parts of the proposal you think we could turn into RP?

Some people might not take too kindly to you mining anywhere, but I don't know if it's actually a rules problem.

We'll only be mining in BMM fields (Since we're only under contract with them) unless we RP a contract with another company for the rights to mine in their fields. Which would be unlikely since I speculate that BMM's rivals wouldn't allow/want a company that is under contract with BMM to have anything to do with them.
