[CommID: Bretonian Embassy, New York]
The Bretonian government has no objection to the embargo as stated, we shall be instructing all Bretonian Citizens to comply fully with the regulations. If you have any reports of Bretonian Citizens or corporations violating your blockade, please do not hesitate to contact me via the usual channels. Similarly if any Bretonians have any queries or complaints, they may address them via the Embassy and we shall endeavor to reach a solution to any disputes through dialogue with the Libertonian Authorities.
The Bretonian government knows what it is to fight a war, and the sad neccessity of imposing trade blockades, and we shall respect the blockades of Liberty and Rheinland as they do ours, whilst at the same time endeavouring to prevent Bretonian entaglement in this most unfortunate conflict between our two largest neighbours. This is the official policy of Her Majesty's Government, as issued to me by Foreign Office directives.
Lord William Henri Braterford
Ambassador to Liberty
New York, HMS-Britannia
