Added a small sentence on what standard ships are and changed the Bretonian Train and the Bretonian Transport from standard to non standard.

ALG Waste Disposal, until they make a direct move against us or a direct move into Bretonia they'll still neutral (If they already have made a direct move into Bretonia and my brain has completely ignored it, then please do speak up and tell me.)
