Sub Lieutenant Robinson speaking...

We will be looking into and making neccessary revision proposals for this document.

To clarify as to the query by the Hunters, we do not allow goods to be shipped through Liberty to Rheinland, even if they are from another house or a location outside of Liberty. This is because we have no means of proving or disproving their origin. For now, please proceed through the borderworlds between the respective houses and Rheinland, the Omega's and the Sigma's. Do not detour through Liberty.

The amendments should be ready for a few days, but they have to go through the entirity of the High Command first.

For the Zoners, the arrangements regarding ship hull panels suggested by yourselves should not be a problem. I do not think that refugees would like to move from one warzone to another, even if it is only a temporary stop, so that may be harder to amend.

To the AP Manufacturing branch of the Bounty Hunters Guild, a clarification will be made in the next revision of the document regarding the little loophole that you identified. Liscencing will, however, be available for a proper exemption from this. You will need to specify the materials and goods that you wish to ship, however. This cannot be left as 'needed materials', which is very broad and encompasses many different commodities. We also need to know the intended destination of the materials that you specify.

Regarding ALG waste disposal; you are a firm based largely in Rheinland are you not? That said, arrangements could be made if they were sufficiently beneficial to Liberty.

That is all for now.
