Apart from that, quite a nice FAQ you have there, Sindroms.
The only thing I'd like to say is that the amount of pirates in Liberty is already quite high - pirates in, say, Kusari, Bretonia and Rheinland would be a welcomed alternative.
I know there are several factions for those roles, it's just that Sirius still is a tad centralized (though 4.85 did a stellar job on decentralizing).
