Planet Erie IS one place that refugees have been travelling to. I myself have brough many there but for whatever reason, many express going to Freeports all over Sirius to begin the Zoner way of life. I guess it depends on what there wishes are.
And for what it's worth, while these refugees are willing to give you what little they have left to get away from the Tau's, I accept no payment for taking them. I can't justify taking from those who have lost everything. It is also against my own morals from the hippocratic oath I took long ago.
