Admin Notice, player sanctioned

First of all let me just make it clear that I am very aware that all that I say right now, and after you provide me a response, won't change anything. You are not gonna change your mind regardless of what I say. But I do want you to know that you sanctioned someone who didn't deserve it in a first place, for SECOND time as a matter of fact.

1. I respect and obey the laws of this server, CONSTANTLY! That includes so much simple and short-time taking "Engaging (...)!" announcement.

2. This is a second time someone sets me up a sanction (first time, that pirate freighter near FR1, who was shooting for 30 minutes 1k from the base in NFZ, DID have BH pilots in his cargo hold. As a matter of fact, he admitted it Spaceball that he set me up). But do you care? Why should you? I had no screenshot as proof, did I? Should one always make screenshot when attack hostile even with rightful and legal cause? In that case, and with all due respect Administrator, "the game" *coughs* would have a different and probably shallow point; everyone would just go around taking screenshots all the time just to make sure some of the person who dislikes him personally wouldn't set him up in a untrue and undignified manner. And where is the fun with that? Do you recommend me personally that I should do that?

3. Who is the name that I "ilegally" attacked? I am eager to find that out, so I can, probably in vain, tell something in my defense?

Although nothing will change, as I've already mentioned that I am well aware of, I will be waiting for your response with great enthusiasm, Fellow Hoodlum. I know that you are just doing your job making sure that everyone follows the rules of conduct. I have nothing against you and against all my "enemies". Few dozens pilots knows that I am a honorable, truthful and clear-judgement person, and that I respect even my enemies who fight with dignity. I don't mind loosing, I don't mind watching my crew dieing in pain and suffering nor do I mind being destroyed in glorious battle. But I do mind when someone tells that I did something what I DID NOT do!!!
