Empty transports

Not all freight hauling is done purely for profit. Many NPC transports are simply on supply missions, and aren't really in a position to pick up loads of commodities from the public market while on the job. That's the way I see it.

Empty NPC transports add flavor, I wouldn't like to see them dissapear.

I second the motion. It would encourage pirates to attack NPC targets as well, so they didn't have to rely entirely on player 'Donations.'

"Pirating" NPC transports is quite profitable as it is, it's just a bit bland in terms of player interaction. And role-play.
