I will write my current thoughts on the few topics that need revision here, including the recent opinions from the whole lot of you:)

Gronath left a verry big hole in Disco when leaving us and I miss him a lot.
His constitution of leading a faction or beeing and admiral is nearly unbeaten here.
If I can roleplay the Mandalore only as half good as he did, the Mandalorians will be facing a great time.
He has been my disco teacher regarding diplomacy, leadership and the special Military or Mercenary way of roleplay.

Well, a lot of people spoke against our purchase of this system. We should scratch that plan then.
But making this place our homebase should still be fine.
Zelot pointed out the advantage of flying into Kusarian space from there, so I sugguest we only start our hunts in Kusari from regular borders.
Liberty, Bretonia, Rheinland and the outcast worlds.
Using Baffin as a shortcut to the Taus or as a new door for new contracts should be fine, but not for the hunting purpose.

To be honest, I love the sound of "Mandalorian Mercs" and I have never ever thought of Star Wars a single second when beeing on my MM, or making the roleplay.
I would stay with this name, since its already well known and should be a tribute to the old members of the Mandalorians.
Only sharing the name could be fine, if we stay far away with our RP from the Star Wars universe, as we did in the past.
(I am not familiar with Star Wars, so I would not even be able to RP that :P)

For what would we use this account? And will it be used?
If we have shared accounts with fighters on it, we should give them shipnames. That way, everybody can keep his own RP.
Rping a MM~John.Smith would be hard for me, since I cant identify myself with him. And every enemy would meet a different RPed John.Smith, since the account is shared.
A shipname like the Hessians have [RHA]Volsung. No pilot ID in that name, so everybody could pilot it with "his" character.
And if we use them, I would go with option a) . If we fly them, we need the Armor Upgrades anyway.

Taking a side in the war could be good. I can imagine a liberty Admiral saying: "I've got an idea! The Mandalorians did a great job, relyable and deadly. Why dont we contract them for operations deep inside Rheinland?"
I would not limit us only against [RM], no against all Rheinland lawfull ships. Indies included, since there are not as many [RM] around like [LN]. We have already the problem in Kusari. Hardly ever [KNF] around.
(And keep different timezones in mind)
The problem with Bretonia bitching at us for shooting Rheinlanders and helping RHA is a good point, but we are already helping them. If we fly around in Alpha or get into fights with Corsairs, its common that some Hessians pop up and fly alongside us. And shooting Corsairs helps Bretonia as well as the Hessians.
I say, if the contracts are not against a faction for whom we work for, it should be ok.
Of course as long as its not as big as the Corsair Outcast or LN RM quarrel.
And there is still the option of "silent contracts", like we did for a few factions before. It will be official available on our contract list, but marked that its secret.
You are OOC informed about such contracts, but wont know them when roleplaying.

Right now its a whole house somewhere, that somehow does not exist.
The RP is only inside Gallia and not spilling over the borders.
Lets make this happen. I would like to see Rheinlanders talking about Gallic guys.

Maybe get new contracts, in active areas. Rheinland unlawfull side was already mentioned. Maybe we can get fresh air into the contract list.

I would be fine with the "Cold Neutral" thing. Since we work only on a contract basis, we hardly will cross our swords with the same single target.
If they are also hunting Corsairs, it should be "first to come first to serve" .
Maybe if numbers are uneven, we can intervene and make a beneficiary friendship for the duration of the fight.
Everyone would get payed, but by different cleints.
I hope you see the point here.

Its not that much work. You should keep an eye on the "Jobs done" list. If everybody uses our predefined forms, it is easy to keep track of the missing cash. (I will edit the predefined form a bit, so the banker can see the ammount of money in one blink.)
Just save all the forum names of the Clients(faction leaders or who is able to pay us) and PM them from time to time with the evidence.
Would ease things up for Dieter and myself, since we also have BAF/RM duties.
