Alright I just got back and have spoken to several people who were at the event. Here is my understanding of what happened:

The GRN forces were balanced with he understanding that the council had a BS. The BS became entangled with the GRN forces before the battle officially started and got killed. A re-balance did not take place. I also gather there was some miscommunication when it came to the balancing.

First of all I would like to offer my sincere apologies to anyone that felt slighted. I promise I will do everything in my power to keep this from happening in the future. Here are some of the immediate consequences of what happened today:

• If I am not present I grant Exile the power of event organizer. If he asks you to leave or switch out, you do it. If you dont, he gets an admin. If neither of us can be present I will either find another organizer or cancel the event.
  
• Planning will occur sooner and more detailed backup plans will be made.
  
• If anymore shenanigans, especially engagements between people in the event zone before the event begins, occur, all parties who open fire risk losing the privilege of participating in this event.
