Well, that rule is kinda outdated, because nomad weapons cannot be looted anymore, and only The Order or Keepers/Nomads have access to, and can use them. So, my order character uses 4 nomad cannons, because they're not in the same rule category anymore.

actually, the guns -can- be looted, its only a matter of where players look. ;)
