Ahem, the reason of that cruiser to be kept in Delta by Order and not getting transformed into scrap metal is because you cannot simply destroy a house capital ship and act as if nothing happened. There will be questions asked and other ships wandering around in our homeworlds.

We don't need the Liberty to "sniff" their noses into our territory with a brute force and that is why your cruiser was left alive there, with observations of course (We have reports of 903's movements at Order| message boards etc).

So basicly, it was a political decision, not of courtesy or friendship (RP wise I mean of course).

Therefore, it is rather "not fitting" to have a Liberty based organization, no matter what its purpose, to be friendly with the Order while the house itself is at the brick of war with us, the Order.

Also, I believe that Liberty is not so keen with Core, so BHG is also a bit out of the picture for you. Corsairs? They ignored you because of mutual respect to our protection and you, strangely, helped defending the Yaren base for the time being so they decided that for one time when 903 first showed around Delta.

So, the events were not a part of the overall diplomacy and moving by depending on those occassions may prove an unhealthy and unfitting factional structure, just as Treewyrm suggested, you cannot put all the eggs in your basket, some will get broken.

In Delta, your best bet can be Zoners and they usually don't get allied with people, they are neutral to all in means of fighting and bashing.

You can try to get into Iota as your agency but then LSF tries that from time to time anyway, and either The Order or Corsairs or BHG interfere with their operations since its like operating in the garden of someone else.

I cannot talk for Corsairs and so since there are far more experienced people here in Corsair diplomacy and so in RP terms, but in order to have your ships dockable on Order bases, its not your but your House Government who should act on diplomatic relations with the Order to get on a more... stable level, which takes time, effort and first of all, will of both sides and fit to RP situation.
