Diplomacy wise, try Zoner.
That includes trying to maintain the grey area between the groups so docking at their bases or helping them in ways that are detrimental to others. Simply because that will strain your relations with other groups.

Basically, it would be best just to avoid or stay away from the various groups in the Omicrons.

EDIT: Also, docking a Liberty Cruiser at a Corsair base could be considered OORP. I'd be careful doing that if you want to avoid a sanction.
