Just one additional comment:

My freelancer flies in an Orca for 'safety'. I was doing an escort mission, hauling a couple of scientists around to check out Gallia. Sure, I'm red with the GRN, so I stay away from them if possible. I undocked from one of the Council stations up in Champagne. 3 GRN npc bombers had me dead (dock-killed) before I even knew they were out there.

So can I report the GRN for dock-killing? Or for them firing whatever the hell they have multiple times before I even knew I was under attack? :P Seriously - I'm in a gunboat, with cap IV armor. There's no way in hell I should've died that quickly if they weren't buffed beyond belief. I think what ticks me off the mst is that I lost my scientists, lost the cargos I was carrying for them, and now my RP story is shot to hell because of the NPC's.
