Corsairs and Zoners would not have mixed in all the years. There are still rumors on bases.
Its clearly stated, an outsider might fly with Corsair, even might be adopted into the families, but there wont be a wedding between Corsair and Noncorsair.
There is also the nice lil rumor story about a Zoner tried to marry a Corsair woman and is now chased across Sirius by the brother of the female Corsair. You'll find him at FP 10 in Tau 37.
Corsair are isolationists and will live separated from Zoner population on GC. Ofcourse they will have economical relations and friendships, but nothing else.
Now, as we all know, nature can't be subpressed really and if a Corsair was moving away from the isolationistic and particulary racism way of being a Corsair, the specific person would have been excluded from Corsair society in the best. In the worst, well....
As someone has mentioned, the future of Casablanca in O47 is not written yet. Why Corsair should not recapture it?
