There's been talk about Hessians and Outcast alliance not needed due to changed circumstances in 4.85.
I feel that we, as community, should discuss and take a good look on the alliances as a whole. To cut all the old alliances that were forged out of necessity and in general just prune the tangled mess a bit.
So, opinions what should be changed if any? Possible side-effects?
I stated that I'm all in favor of putting OC and Hessians to neutral.
